Renewable Energy

Opting renewable energy against fuel based power generation is always encouraging and advisable. For example,In India ,Gujarat government has come up with a project called "Gujarat Solar Park" of capacity 968 MW. The solar park is expected to save around 8 million tonnes of carbon dioxide from being released into the atmosphere and save around 900,000 tonnes of natural gas per year. Its a great move by Gujarat Government towards sustainable energy development.Hence I would like to see utilization of Renewable Energy in other parts of India and Oman too as there is an abundance of natural resources like sunlight,biomass ,water and considerable wind available. Thanks to 'John Brian Shannon' for throwing light on this issue of Renewable Energy in 'The Times of Oman'. Anu

    Now a days in India we depends upon hydel energy and thermal energy which are very limited by nature.But time to time our energy consumption and requirement became more and more and because of this reason the total energy production is also are going to be limited and the source of energy is also going to be limited.so Now this the right time for us to think of a Unlimited energy source like Solar Power,wind Power etc. I would like to appreciate Gujurat Govt for this innovative step but every one should think on it and should adopt this.This is the only way which will make our India Green India and Clean India.
